Join us for a special, in-person Wholesome Living Retreat that offers immersive learning, reflection, and wholesome living, designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
The epidemic of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and obesity, is a growing global health crisis, profoundly impacting societies through healthcare costs, reduced quality of life, and mortality rates.
Modern industrial medicine, in spite of its hopes and promises, is unable to solve this worldwide epidemic. Conscientious people across the world are reconnecting with time-tested holistic healthcare traditions for solutions to these modern lifestyle diseases.
Following in the footsteps of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the Wholesome Living retreat aims to help you restore your connection with nature – Fitrah, get more in balance with nature’s rhythms, and live a healthier lifestyle.
